1.Who consents, and to whom
I, the personal-data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to Fyodor Maksimovich Karpenko (Карпенко Фёдор Максимович), taxpayer ID 650117079917, self-employed and not a VAT payer (the “Controller”), processing my personal data on the terms of this document and the Privacy policy.
Consent is given by ticking the box on the request form at https://engva.ru and lasts until withdrawn or until the retention periods in the law and the Privacy policy end.
2.What data, and why
Processed: name; Telegram, phone and/or email; self-assessed level; learning goals and comment; preferred times and timezone; interface language; UTM and referrer; technical data (salted IP hash, User-Agent) — to the extent I entered them on the form.
Purposes: contacting me, booking a free trial, matching a teacher and a time, performing the contract if I buy a package, sending a receipt and reminders, complying with the law. Operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, sharing with processors (YooKassa, Telegram, Google Meet, hosting and database), deletion.
3.Withdrawal
I may withdraw consent by writing to hello@engva.ru. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. If the data is still required to perform a contract or the law, the Controller will continue on another basis and tell me.
