Is the trial lesson really free?

Yes. 30 minutes, no card, no commitment. We place your CEFR level, your goal and a teacher. Once per person.

How long is a regular lesson?

Exactly 60 minutes, one-to-one. The trial is shorter — 30 minutes. There is no other format: we do not run groups and we do not split an hour between two students.

Can I take the trial twice?

No. The free trial is once per person. That keeps it a diagnostic, not an endless discount.

How do you determine my level?

Accepted Answer

In the trial the teacher checks speaking, listening and grammar in conversation and records a level from A1 to C1. We look at the scale again every month.

What if I need to reschedule?

Reschedule 12 hours or more ahead and it is free. Later than that, or a no-show, burns the credit. You pick a new open slot with your teacher.

Where do lessons happen?

On Google Meet, via a unique link for that lesson. The link lands in your dashboard and in Telegram. Nothing to install — a browser is enough.

Do you send reminders?

Yes. The bot writes on Telegram 24 hours and 1 hour before the start. If Telegram is not linked, we copy the reminder to email when we have one.

What if I do not show up?

A no-show burns the lesson credit. Reschedule at least 12 hours ahead and the lesson returns to your balance. The rule is the same for everyone and it is in the offer.

Can I change teachers?

Yes, without giving a reason. Message support — we will match you with someone else and hand over the programme and lesson history.

What packages do you sell?

Three: 4, 8 and 12 lessons. More lessons, lower price per hour. Payment via YooKassa; the provider is self-employed, so there is no VAT.

How does payment work?

Packages of 4, 8 or 12 lessons are paid online via YooKassa — card or SBP. The receipt is emailed. Unused lessons last until the package expires.

Are you a VAT-registered company?

No. Services are provided by a self-employed contractor, Fyodor Maksimovich Karpenko (Карпенко Фёдор Максимович), taxpayer ID 650117079917. Receipts do not include VAT: the provider is not a VAT payer. Full details are in the public offer.

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. The lesson runs in the browser on a Google Meet link. Reminders come in Telegram. The dashboard works on a phone and a computer.
