1.General
This document is a public offer by Fyodor Maksimovich Karpenko (Карпенко Фёдор Максимович), taxpayer ID 650117079917, applying the Russian professional-income tax regime and not a VAT payer (the “Provider”), to any legally capable individual (the “Customer”) to enter into a services contract on the terms below.
Acceptance is payment for a chosen package via YooKassa, or a trial request submitted with the required consents. The current version is always at https://engva.ru/en/offer. The canonical site is engva.ru; engva.online is a mirror and does not change the contract.
2.Subject
The Provider delivers strictly one-to-one online English lessons. A regular lesson lasts 60 minutes. The Provider does not run groups and does not share a slot between students.
The trial lesson lasts 30 minutes, is free of charge, and is granted once per Customer. A second free trial is not available.
3.Booking, delivery and contact
The Customer chooses a specific teacher and an open slot on that teacher’s calendar. Each lesson receives a unique Google Meet link created from lessons@engva.ru. The Provider sends Telegram reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the start when Telegram is linked.
The Customer is responsible for a stable connection, camera and microphone. A fault on the Customer’s side does not extend the lesson or automatically restore the credit.
4.Price, packages and payment
Services are sold in packages of 4, 8 and 12 lessons. Live prices are published at https://engva.ru/en/pricing in roubles. The Provider’s accounts store integer kopecks; there is no floating-point “about” in the maths.
Payment is taken via YooKassa (card, SBP and other enabled methods). The Provider is self-employed, is not a VAT payer, and receipts do not include a VAT line. The receipt is emailed to the address the Customer provided.
5.Reschedule, cancellation and no-show
Rescheduling at least 12 hours before the planned start is free: the lesson returns to the package balance. A later change or a Customer no-show burns the credit. A cancellation by the teacher or the Provider never costs the Customer a credit.
Unused lessons remain valid for the package term shown on the pricing page. After that they expire unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.Personal data
The Customer’s personal data is processed on the basis of consent and in order to perform the contract. Details are in the Privacy policy (https://engva.ru/en/privacy) and the Consent to processing (https://engva.ru/en/consent).

7.Liability and governing law
The Provider does not guarantee an exam score, a job or a relocation. Outcomes also depend on the Customer’s own work. The Provider’s aggregate liability is limited to the price of the paid package that has not been delivered.
The contract is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. The parties will try to settle disputes by negotiation; failing that, in court at the Provider’s place of residence (Moscow) unless mandatory rules say otherwise.
