This policy covers visitors, trial applicants and dashboard users. The controller applies the professional-income tax regime and is not a VAT payer.
2.What we process
Trial request: name, chosen contact channel (Telegram / phone / email), self-assessed CEFR level, learning goals, preferred times, timezone, interface language, UTM tags, referrer, a salted IP hash and the User-Agent string.
After registration we may process profile data, schedules, payments (YooKassa identifiers, status, receipts), Telegram messages and technical logs needed to run the service.
3.Purposes and legal bases
Purposes: answering a request and booking a trial; performing the services contract; taking payment and sending a receipt; lesson reminders; complying with the law; improving the site on anonymised data.
Bases under 152-FZ: the subject’s consent; a contract the subject is party to; the controller’s legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, within limits that do not override the subject’s rights.
4.Processors and transfers
We use YooKassa (payments and receipts), Telegram (messages and the Mini App), Google (Google Meet), hosting and the database (including Supabase). Each receives only what that service needs.
We do not sell personal data. Cross-border transfers happen only where those services require them and a legal basis exists.
5.Retention, rights and cookies
Request data is kept no longer than needed to handle the enquiry, perform the contract, keep self-employed accounts and meet statutory periods. Email hello@engva.ru to access, correct, restrict or delete data, or to withdraw consent.
The site may use essential cookies for locale, theme and session. Refusing non-essential cookies does not block a trial request. We may update this policy; the new version is dated on this page.
