1.The site and the parties
https://engva.ru (mirror https://engva.online) is operated by Fyodor Maksimovich Karpenko (Карпенко Фёдор Максимович), taxpayer ID 650117079917, self-employed and not a VAT payer. Using the site means you accept these rules. The services contract is formed by accepting the public offer.
Site content (copy, design, logo) is protected. Commercial copying without the Provider’s consent is not allowed.
2.Acceptable use
You must not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit requests automatically in a way that bypasses abuse controls, or give someone else’s contact details without authority.
The Provider may limit access in case of abuse. The site is provided as-is; short technical interruptions may happen.
3.Other documents
Personal data is governed by the Privacy policy and the Consent to processing. Lessons, payment, rescheduling and no-shows are governed by the public offer. If they conflict on the service itself, the offer wins.
